Fundado em 2015, o TAN TAN é o bar mais premiado do Brasil, resultado do trabalho consistente do chef Thiago Bañares e do bartender Caio Carvalhaes. Além da coquetelaria autoral reconhecida, o TAN TAN oferece uma cozinha asiática inteligente, inspirada na culinária japonesa chuka. Com um cardápio de coquetéis autorais que é renovado anualmente, o bar ocupa a 24ª posição na lista do The World’s 50 Best Bars e foi eleito, pelo segundo ano consecutivo, o melhor bar do Brasil pela revista Exame.

Em 2023, o TAN TAN também foi o único bar brasileiro a figurar entre os 100 melhores do mundo pela premiação internacional Top 500 Bars, ocupando a 61ª posição, e foi premiado como Best Restaurant Bar Spirited Awards Regional Top 10 pela Tales of the Cocktail Foundation. Além dos coquetéis autorais, o menu conta com clássicos e uma seção de mocktails.

No centro do salão, estão localizados o bar e a cozinha aberta, proporcionando uma experiência imersiva para quem escolhe se sentar nos balcões. A casa também oferece mesas externas para acomodar a espera.

In addition to its renowned signature cocktails, TAN TAN offers a sophisticated Asian kitchen inspired by Japanese chuka cuisine. With a cocktail menu refreshed annually, the bar ranks 24th on The World’s 50 Best Bars list and was named Brazil’s best bar by Exame magazine for the second consecutive year.

In 2023, TAN TAN was also the only Brazilian bar to be included among the top 100 worldwide by the international Top 500 Bars awards, ranking 61st, and it was recognized as Best Restaurant Bar Spirited Awards Regional Top 10 by the Tales of the Cocktail Foundation. Beyond its signature cocktails, the menu includes classic drinks and a section of mocktails.

At the center of the venue, the bar and open kitchen create an immersive experience for those who choose to sit at the counters. The establishment also offers outdoor tables to accommodate those waiting.
